I've been working with Natural Medicine my entire life. From the herbal remedies my mother administered to me as a child to the homoeopathic and herbal remedies I gave to my own children, and the essential oils I currently use for just about everything.
I've always valued the capacity plants have to support the body in returning to homeostasis - a balanced state, without creating a whole host of unwanted side-effects.
