Seasonal Cleansing Made Easy!

I just got my first cold in years! Sneezing, runny nose and a scratchy throat, not anything serious, just a reminder to slow down and hone in on what my body needs (in this particular case, sleep!). Thank you body, for reminding me to take better care of myself. And just in time for my seasonal reboot! It's so easy to get rundown or to fall into bad habits that deplete our energy, diminish our capacity to function optimally and eventually compromise our enjoyment of life. Knowing when to rein it in is key. Seasonal cleanses are my reins. I use them to re-set; to clear my mind, eliminate toxins from my body, and re-align myself with my essence. In Search of Spaciousness

There's nothing quite like a wide open sky or the endless expanse of an ocean view to create the sensation of spaciousness within my being; clearing my mind, opening my heart, and expanding my spirit. If you were to strip away everything external; your possessions, your friends, family, lovers, partners, career, appearance, status... etc, what would you be left with? Who would you be left with? Who are you without everything else? It is that part of you that needs to be tended to in order to raise your vibration. No amount of money, popularity, success, recognition, accolades, even freedom, and love from another, can truly raise and sustain your vibration. It is up to you to look within and fall so deeply in love with your
