Eight months ago I got an email from Elena Brower offering me a guest spot at an advanced teacher training workshop she was leading in Toronto, hosted by 889 Yoga.

We've all heard the call of our intuition, and ignored it. You know, those moments when you have a nagging feeling or a voice telling you which way you need to go or which choice you need to make but you dismiss it and end up landing headfirst in the mess of your own self-sabotage.
I love those moments!
I love them because they remind me that my intuition is always there, guiding me, I just need to listen. I love them because they give me the opportunity to familiarize myself with the feeling, the tone, the quality with which my intuition...
I don't know about you but 2016 whupped my ass. So much so that I cancelled my New Year's Eve plans to celebrate, opting to have a three–way Skype with two of my favourite people (in our pyjamas) visualizing our year ahead, getting amped for 2017 in a clear and intentional way.
Now visualizing, that is something I can get behind!
The difference being that resolutions are an invitation to fail. According to Forbes, only 8% of people actually achieve their resolution goals. That doesn't seem like a successful stat to me.
