A little bit about me...

Raised by a feminist artist in the 70's, I was given an extraordinary amount of freedom to explore my environment. I was encouraged to live and learn experientially, offering me a unique and unconventional view of the world (more on that here).

I spent the early part of my adulthood living nomadically, chasing summer, hopping from one festival to the next, making my living as an artisan on the road. I raised my first son that way; winters in the tropics, summers festival hopping, and spring and fall with family and friends. I obsessed with being free, in nature, and surrounded by like-minded souls.

Eventually, my son and I settled on the west coast of Canada. I met a man, fell in love, had another child, and we built a family together - an incredibly nourishing chapter of my life.

Raising my two boys led me to the world of natural medicine. I dove into the full breadth of alternative health care practices, including Nutrition, Massage therapy, Reiki, Yoga, Herbology, Homeopathy, and Holistic Health Coaching. I also explored some formal training in Film, Fine Arts, and Interior Design. My 20's and 30's were rich with study, personal growth, family, travel, the arts, and plant medicines.

In my early 40's, just as my boys were embarking on their own personal journeys into adulthood, dōTERRA graced my life, it was as if I had finally found my entrepreneurial soulmate, I was lovestruck. More on that here

Five years later and I'm still entirely smitten. Building my dōTERRA business has been one of the greatest gifts of my life. From the beautiful community of women that have bloomed from it to the astonsihing manifestation of my dream home, I am in total awe.

And this just feels like the beginning.

You do not have to be good. You do not have to walk on your knees for a hundred miles through the desert, repenting. You only have to let the soft animal of your body love what it loves. – Mary Oliver
