Have you ever wanted to press RESET on an area of your life? This 3-Part RESET sequence, created by Cosmic Intuitive, Nina Taylor and THIS IS BREATHWORK Founder Sarah Evans, offers a unique opportunity to accelerate a shift in one area of your life. Each experience is personalized to accommodate your unique area of growth. Within THE RESET you'll receive: 1. A 30-minute Soul-Intention Reading, in an audio format, to reveal the gifts and challenges your soul signed up for. 2. Followed by a sunrise BREATHWORK session with Sarah, for emotional release and spiritual recalibration. 3. Finishing with a custom protocol developed by Nina and Sarah. Combining their 40+ years of experience within the Transformational Healing Arts space, they will create a simple daily practice to support the integration of your new perspectives and emerging path. Your personalized protocol will be delivered via email within 24hrs after your BREATHWORK session and is intended to be navigated independently, for the duration of one lunar cycle.
