Meet your Breathwork Guide

My name is Sarah Evans, I am a Transformational Strategist, Reiki Master, Chef and Founder of THIS IS BREATHWORK. I specialize in new beginnings, relational awareness and amplifying core essence. I weave my passion for outdoor life design, food-as-medicine and interpreting the ceremonial aspects of everyday life, into my work

I am a certified breathwork practitioner, meditation teacher and ceremonialist based in Collingwood, Ontario, with over 25 years of study with Indigenous elders in Ontario, British Columbia, Oaxaca, and Newfoundland. I have a rich background in ancestral medicine (Daniel Foor), animism, kundalini yoga (Paramatma Siri Sadhana Khalsa), active dreaming (Robert Moss, Shannon Willis), and ceremony. 

Founded in 2021, THIS IS BREATHWORK helps heart-led leaders shift generational patterns, recalibrate emotional health, and awaken soul-level gifts through retreats & outdoor group breathwork, ceremonies, and curated experiences with complementary healing modalities. Our mission is to advance human evolution through radical self-compassion and collective emotional healing.

  • No prior experience is needed! This workshop is suitable for all levels. Whether you’re new to vision boards or have created them before, the process will offer fresh insights and inspiration. The breathwork journey is guided step-by-step, so it’s perfect for beginners or anyone looking to deepen their practice.

  • To get the most out of this workshop, you'll need:

    • A quiet, comfortable space where you can relax and focus

    • A journal or notebook for the journaling exercises

    • Vision board materials (e.g., a large piece of paper or board, magazines, scissors, glue, or any materials you’d like to use for your board)

    • A device with internet access

  • The workshop lasts approximately 2.5hrs, including the guided breathwork session, journaling time, and vision board creation. We recommend allowing a bit more time afterward to fully complete your vision board if needed.

  • The Guided Breathwork Journey is a 2-Part Breathing Technique, to clear your body, heart, and energy field. This hour-long Active Breathwork Journey is specifically designed for Emotional Release and nervous system recalibration. It is set to a curated playlist and prompts various ways to release emotions with movement, voice and breath. 

  • The journaling exercises will guide you in exploring the emotions and experiences that light you up. By identifying your core desired feelings and reflecting on your past and future emotional experiences, you will create a deeper connection to what you truly want. This clarity will ensure that your vision board is aligned with your authentic desires, helping to manifest a reality that reflects your inner truth.

  • This workshop goes beyond simply cutting out images and pasting them onto a board. We’ll guide you through the powerful process of connecting with your emotions and core desires before creating your vision board, allowing you to infuse your board with intention and purpose. The addition of a guided breathwork journey further deepens your connection to your vision, ensuring it’s not just a mental exercise, but a deeply embodied one.
